What better way to usher in the weekend than with well deserved stretch. Our upper bodies hold in a lot of stress throughout the week. Even when we’re done for the day, we forget to tell our bodies the same thing; bringing home our tension, stress, and tight muscles.

So go ahead, give yourself that scrumptious side stretch; which I think is totally underrated and as important as any other stretch or yoga pose. Stretch out the muscles of the ribs and feel the ribs in the back side surge with new oxygen and energy!
