Cardio! Cardio! Cardiovascular exercise! It does wonders for our Lung’s Qi by releasing any emotions of sadness we may be fostering, and boosting the immune system so that allergens and cold weather effect us less. It’s phenomenal for our Liver’s Qi by keeping it in balance; allowing ourselves to thrive during stressful events and circumstances.

Ways to add cardio to your daily routine? -take a brisk walk for 20 minutes, ‘take 5’ at work and climb the stairs for a couple repetitions, jump rope. My favorite? Jogging like a ten year old who’s being chased during a game of tag! You’re it! Now make it count!
