Jumps start your day with a tall glass of room temperature water. Refreshes and awakes the senses, while washing out any build up that may have occurred overnight. Our bodies work best in an aqueous solution, so no better time than first thing in the A.M.

Follow it up with a warm breakfast; warm cereal with warm milk, egg whites and toast, rice porridge. You’re now more than ready for a vibrant day; you’ve also set up the weekend to be a healthy one! Make it a great day!
