My go to activity? Coloring books and watching repeats of Three’s Company…when Chrissy was still in the show!

Got that 'Monday' sluggish feeling like I do? Hope not, if so, a savory diet over the weekend can contribute to such a feeling. My solution for today and the next several days, having sautéed green leafy veggies slightly on the bland side; great way to cleanse and also reduce any swelling you may feel around your body.

What better way to usher in the weekend than with well deserved stretch. Our upper bodies hold in a lot of stress throughout the week. Even when we’re done for the day, we forget to tell our bodies the same thing; bringing home our tension, stress, and tight muscles.

So go ahead, give yourself that scrumptious side stretch; which I think is totally underrated and as important as any other stretch or yoga pose. Stretch out the muscles of the ribs and feel the ribs in the back side surge with new oxygen and energy!
