Take it easy. The solution is as simple as that, yet can be challenging to implement. The act of taking things easy helps to maintain proper energy balance especially with the liver energy, which tends to manifest feelings of stress when imbalanced.


Learning to take things easy will be a life long change, so for now just take it day-by-day. Or practice and be mindful of this for the first half of the day, check in with yourself and see how you’re doing, and continue it for the later half of the day. This is something that can and should be implemented at work, on the road, anywhere.
