Start the morning with a scrumptious chest stretch. This activates the lungs Qi which helps fluids and the immune system circulate smoothly. This also stimulates the muscles in the chest to warm up the upper body…perfect for the morning!

My favorite easy chest stretch is to place arms behind the back, clasp hands together, and extend the arms behind the back; hold this position for 30 seconds. Feel it! Feel the stretch and chest cavity open up; yummy!
